Canada Day!

K, so since it's July I guess I better get started on regularly updating this blog everyday for the cardrunners low limit community dealio.

Haven't really played at all the entire weekend. Since I'm Canadian, obv I've been celebrating my countries birthday, and since I'm a Newfie, obv I've been doing that by drinking.. a lot. Kinda got out of hand last night, one too many white russians me thinks. That's fine though, I had fun and since you only live once (presumably) I see nothing wrong with that.

I found out a LONG time ago that mixing alcohol and poker is very, very, VERY -EV for me! Since I'm at a crucial point of beginning to build up something big enough to consider a bankroll, it would be a very bad idea for me to play any kind of online poker whatsoever, so I've been avoiding it all weekend. I had a really short session just before I began writing this and I just wasn't feeling it so I quit after only 100 hands or so. I just don't have any energy, this weekend has been pretty exhausting, so I really don't feel like playing would be very smart on my part. Not only that but it seems like almost every table I sat down at had a bunch of nitty TAGS (which isn't very common at $25NL) and that's just not the type of table I'm interested in playing at, especially right now. No interesting hands came up at all really, so I won't be posting any right now.

Tomorrow I'm going to try and put in at least 1000 hands, so there should be a more interesting blog after that. I'm gonna go lie down now and watch a GP video or two and then go to bed. My back is killing me, no doubt having something to do with me being rowdy last night (hey, can you blame me, motherfuckin Canada Day baby!).
